Frequently Asked Questions

These answers define the current discussion boundary. Final scope, timing, fees, and acceptance criteria are governed by the formal project documents.

AI & Technology Services

What is included in your AI and IT solution practice?

Current focus areas are AI training and workshops, AI agents and workflow automation, IT infrastructure planning and implementation, and AI or technology carnival planning with on-site technical delivery. Services can be engaged separately or combined around one outcome.

Can AI training be designed for different audiences?

Yes. Content can be shaped for management, administration, business teams, teachers, students, or technical staff. Objectives, duration, attendance, venue, equipment, and materials are confirmed during solution design.

Can an AI agent connect to internal documents and systems?

Knowledge bases, document retrieval, forms, approvals, and other tool integrations can be assessed, subject to data access, security, API conditions, and maintenance ownership. Not every system is suitable or permitted for direct integration.

What can an AI and technology carnival include?

The scope can include theme and program design, interactive experiences, stage content, AV and network planning, supplier coordination, setup, integration testing, rehearsal, and on-site technical delivery. Performances, exhibits, venue constraints, and permits are confirmed per project.

How is an IT infrastructure project accepted?

Acceptance commonly checks the agreed equipment or configuration, network and access setup, test records, documentation, training, and handover items. Performance, security, warranty, and service levels must be stated in the project or contract documents.

Procurement, Responsibilities & Information Security

Can you support tenders for Hong Kong enterprises, schools, public bodies, and institutions?

We can review a brief or tender document and discuss scope, deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, and acceptance items. Participation, document format, and submission timing are confirmed for each opportunity.

What is included by default, and what must be confirmed separately?

Initial scope discussions can cover requirements, deliverables, implementation planning, testing, documentation, and handover. Hardware, subscriptions, venues, content production, on-site staff, warranties, and ongoing support must be itemized in the quotation or project documents. Site permission, internal approval, data authorization, and acceptance personnel normally remain client responsibilities.

How should we exchange tender documents or sensitive information?

For first contact, send only a redacted project summary. Do not submit passwords, access keys, or personal data. If an NDA, controlled file link, or another secure exchange method is required, confirm the process and responsibilities by email before sharing the material.

Are the website images real client case studies?

No. AI and IT images are illustrative service visuals. They do not represent a specific client, school, government department, or completed engagement. Real case studies will only be published after authorization and verification.

Electronic Components Trading

Do you still source HTCC and LTCC ceramic components?
